This consultation is the first step in creating a custom bulk candle order with Ebony League Candle Co.

During this paid strategy session, we'll walk through your vision, needs, and timeline to ensure we're aligned before moving forward with production. This call allows us to understand exactly what you're looking for and determine whether we're a good fit for your order.

What we'll cover during the call:

• Desired quantity (up to 100 candles per batch)
• Intended use (events, gifting, retail, branding, etc.)
• Scent preferences and overall fragrance direction
• Candle style, vibe, and mood you're aiming to create
• Branding needs (logos, labels, packaging, messaging)
• Frequency of orders (one-time vs. recurring)
• Production timelines, policies, and procedures

Following the consultation, Ebony League Candle Co. will create up to three custom sample candles based on our discussion. Within 7–10 business days, we'll schedule a follow-up meeting for you to smell the samples and provide final approval before production begins.

Important details:

• The $199 consultation fee covers the strategy call and sample mock-up.
• This fee will be credited toward your final invoice if you move forward with a bulk order.
• Once samples are approved, a 50%–75% deposit is required to secure production.
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed candles.

• Have a general idea of the number of candles you're interested in
• Bring inspiration or thoughts around scent profiles
• Be prepared to provide branding assets (logos, color preferences, label ideas) if applicable
